Hi foodies, welcome back to my blog. And this is the last day we practic in the kitchen this week. It's just continued our preparation yesterday to make it into food. And my group got a simple section, it's dessert. My tang zhong is already done, and i helping my friends that make tang yuan. But i heard that the tang zhong is need more 2 portion. So i make 2 portion again.
First we mix the dough using straight dough method. The dry ingredients mixed first. Then add the melted butter and milk. While mixing, we should see the dough texture. The dough must be soft and fluffy. After that scalling portion the dough and make it like a ball. Then put them on the circle pan and make it proofing. After proofing we bake until it turn into golden brown. It's like a soft roll but, this tang zhong is very soft and fluffy.
Then i see my friends still make the tang yuan. It's very delicious and sweet. After all of us is done. We break for 30 minutes. Some of my friends go for pray. Because it's Dzuhur. Then we lunch together in front of the kitchen. After that we do the explain about the dishes. I take the part to explain about tang zhong. I search and got more information about tang zhong from google and wikipedia. The explain is done we start to do the general cleaning. And go home before Ashar.
