Hello guys, welcome again in my blog. Today it's a special day because it's my birthday. Well i'm very happy and blessed. So what we gonna do today, it'a continued our food that already prepared yesterday. So we continue the soup, tori tsumiru jire. It's a japanese soup with chicken ball. So the soup is already done, we have to make the chicken ball and the carrot. My friends started boiling some water in the stock pot. The others makes the chicken ball .
Look at the picture, that's the chicken ball, we make a lot of chicken ball for the soup. First, add it on your hands, and then grab it like you want to punch somebody, until the chicken ball is out from your hands like a ball, then take it with spoon and add it in to the boiled water in the stockpot. It's like you want to make a meatball. While my friends make tori tsumiru jire. Me and the others continued to prepare the dessert of chinese food. We got tang zhong and tang yuan. Because i didn't do anything, i take the part to make the tang zhong.
I read some information about tang zhong, it's a method to make a soft and fluffy bread with water and flour. Well it's true, while i make the dough. It's very soft. After the dough is done. We scalling portion the dough and make it like a ball, like a soft roll. Then we put it on the circle pan. And bake it until it turn into golden brown. And the tang zhong is ready to serve. Some of my friends continue to make the tang yuan. After all of us is done. We do the general cleaning and go home.
