Hello guys! Welcome back to my blog. Anyway tomorrow my college have an event for us and the event called "wisdyawisata", it means we can study while we hang out. And the destination is Tana toraja. So, we must hurry up today and we can prepare for tomorrow. But today we cook two rotation menu, indonesian and thailand. First i make a sauce for yam makeua yao. I mix the thai chillies, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and shallot.
Then my afriza grill the eggplants, and i continue to blanch the shrimp.

Then boby prepare the chicken for gai tod takrai, he is heating the wok over medium-high heat and add the peanut oil, swirling to coat the entire surface. Heat the oil for 1 minute and he add the marinated chicken mixture. Then he stir-fry for 15 minutes. And the gai tod takrai is done. Then my friends muis cook the khau plao (rice).
After they done all of the dishes. We starting to plating the dish. My team, combine the khou plao, gai tod takrai, and yam makeua yao in one plate and it look like this
And then i going to pastry kitchen looking for the pisang ijo. And they do it well.
Then we explain it to the lecture and take a break for lunch. We eat what we cook in the kitchen and the taste is very good. After that we do the general cleaning and go home. I'm gonna share to you the recipe of gao tod takrai and pisang ijo.
