Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. Today i arrived at kitchen 07:30 am. I'm late today because i looking for my cook uniform. We do the oneline and discuss about today menu's. And the senior incharge ask us how the progress of our preparation yesterday. And they asking us one by one to search some ingredients and describe them in front of my friends. After that we continue to cook our food for today.
My friends bobby saute the beef until it turn brown. Then we blanch the carrot, cauliflower, brokoli. Next, prepare the pepper, chicken powder, and the blackpepper sauce. Saute the beef again in the wok pan. Add blackpepper sauce and mix them. Add brokoli , cauliflower and carrot, mix them then add pepper. Saute them for 7 minutes. And the beef is ready to serve. My friends muis cook the rice. After that we plating the beef rice bowl. Here's the pict of our beef rice bowl.
My friends afriza, hijrah, astrid, and almasari prepare the num chak kachan for tomorrow. Num chak kachan is the thailand names for the cake that all of us already known and remember. It's the same with "kue lapis". The num chak kachan look like this
It's time for lunch and we take a break, some of my friends going to masjid for praying. After that we lunch together , the beef rice bowl so delicious, i'm very happy with that. Because it taste so yummy. After lunch, we do the general cleaning as usual and wait for the lecture to let us go home.
