Daily Report 11 March 2019 (English Version)

Hello guys, today is a mid practical Test. And my group got Rotation menu 1.1 For the Mid Practical, the menu is : Chicken Salad Hawaian, Shrimp Bisque, Beef Stew, Zucchini Saute Provencale, Baked Potatoes, Yellow Butter Cake, and French Bread. We already prepare yesterday for today menu. So, we didn't do to much for today, only continue the procedure based from recipe.


Yesterday we already finish the Yellow Butter Cake and French Bread, so today we continue finish the main course and appetizer. Me and irvansyah continue doing the beef stew, and the others do the other menu. I cut the cellery and carrot into large dice then i saute the onion and garlic. While i saute them, the meat already in sous vide for 1 hour. Next i called my friend for helping me to blanch the carrot. And after i finish make the beef stew, my friends already finisg the zucchini saute provencale.



And the last is chicken salad hawaian because, my friends is late for sous vide the chicken. And we wait until it well cooked. The other condiment for chicken salad hawaian is ready. We only need to wait the chicken. 30 minutes remaining for chicken, and then after it finished, my friends continue the chicken salad hawaian. Then we start to plating all of them

hello foodies jumpa lagi dengan saya di blog ini, sekian lama gak posting apa apa karena libur covid-19, efeknya parah banget ya sahabat foodies. Standar Hygiene di Kitchen pun berubah, seperti wajib menggunakan masker / faceshield, hand glove, dan wajib mencuci tangan setiap 30 menit dan setiap sebelum melakukan sesuatu ...
