Hello guys!! Today i'm gonna tell you how to cook the menu that i prepare yesterday. And we got to prepare for the next.rotation menu after we finish today menu. And today i arrived at kitchen at 07.30 am and continue the traditional egg droup soup. First, get ready the ingredients and starting to cook. We must do it hurry because today we should prepare for 2 menu after today rotation menu is done.
Look at the picture , that's traditional egg drop soup. While simmering the soup, i adding the corn starch for thickening agent. Then my teammate plating the soup. After that i'm going to see my friends who's making tang yuan, chinese spinach and peanut salad, and beef rice bowl. They are doing it very well

Then we're going to explain the dish to the lecture. After that we're going to break a little bit and then continue to prepare for tomorrow. The rotation 2.2 is thailand menu and rotation 2.3 is indonesian menu. All the ingredients are ready for tomorrow and we're going to do the general cleaning then we go home early.
