Daily Activity 22 April 2019 (Indonesian Version)

Hello foodiesss, welcome di blog gue lagi, gak terasa udah tanggal 22 aja yak. Udah mau memasuki bulan puasa nih foodiess. Nah, seperti biasa gue bakal ceritain kegiatan gue selama di kitchen. Hari ini gue tiba pukul 07:10 di kitchen. Dan seperti biasa menunggu supervisor untuk mengabsen kemudian oneline di dalam kitchen. Menu pada hari ini yaitu celebes indonesia.

Kemudian kita oneline di kitchen lalu ditanyain apakah semuanya mengerti dengan menu menu ini. Sebelumnya udah pernah, tetapi kali ini grupnya di rolling lg jadi kami mendapatkan bagian bagian yg blm kami buat. Seperti kelompok gue kali ini dapet appetizer membuat jalangkote. Jalangkote adalah makanan khas kota makassar.

Setelah itu kami ditanya kembali apakah tidak ada kendala dgn bagian kami. Trus langsung prepare. Sebelum prepare gue bagi tugas dulu ke kelompok gue. Nah gue prepare ingredientsnya dgn bobby, untuk yg lainn membuat kulitnya. Kemudian setelah prepareran selesai tidak lama kemudian kita istirahat


Perlu kalian tahu Untuk jalangkotenya, diusahakan digoreng setengah goreng hari ini agar besok sisa di goreng lg dan tidak memakan waktu yang lama. Jadi langsung di buat mouldingnya. Gue coba moulding tapi susah jg jadi temen gue yg lanjutin. Karena mereka beberapa ada yg mahir. Nama nya di kalumping. Kayak gini gaes..


Setelah break, kita siap siap untuk general cleaning. Sambil nungguin temen yg masih memprepare. Tidak lama kemudian kami general cleaning dan selesai tepat pukul 17:00 sore. Kemudian menunggu dosen untuk pulang. Lalu kami pulang tepat pukul 18:05. Oh iya sampai di sini dlu gaess, dan akan gue share ke kalian recipe jalangkote

hello foodies jumpa lagi dengan saya di blog ini, sekian lama gak posting apa apa karena libur covid-19, efeknya parah banget ya sahabat foodies. Banyak hal yang berubah, banyak suasana yang berubah. Suasana kitchen yang sunyi karena sedikitnya pegawai yang masih kerja di dalam. Penggunaan alat alat kitchen juga lebih di minimalisir. Standar Hygiene di Kitchen pun berubah, seperti wajib menggunakan masker / faceshield, hand glove, dan wajib mencuci tangan setiap 30 menit dan setiap sebelum melakukan sesuatu ...
