Daily activity


Welcome back to my blog !! It has been a week that i didn't posting new content. And here we go, i'm learning about breakfast. So, there are 2 kind of breakfast menu that i have learned today :
1. Continental breakfast
It's very simple menu, because u only need to prepare coffee & tea, jam, marmalade, butter,  soft roll & hard roll,  apple and pineapple juice. It's begin from Europe Hotels and Irlandia.

2. English Breakfast
It's an traditional menu from England and the menu are :
Coffee & tea, preserves, tomato and carrot juice, english muffin, porridge (oat meal or cereal)


And my group got continental breakfast to do today. It's very simple and i got very easy menu to prepare, guest what?? It's coffee and tea!  So my group making 40 pax of coffee and tea.

But after i finish it. I'm helping the others to moulding the soft roll and hard foll so i can remember what i do before when i got soft roll.

hello foodies jumpa lagi dengan saya di blog ini, sekian lama gak posting apa apa karena libur covid-19, efeknya parah banget ya sahabat foodies. Standar Hygiene di Kitchen pun berubah, seperti wajib menggunakan masker / faceshield, hand glove, dan wajib mencuci tangan setiap 30 menit dan setiap sebelum melakukan sesuatu ...
